The Gas Burner Cover, protects the gas burner and prevents, soot, ash and any wood particles from getting into the gas burner and clogging/blocking the gas jets. DO NOT BURN WOOD WITHOUT THE HYBRID KIT as this will negatively affect the performance of the gas burner.

The Paralegna, or Wood Holder is designed to help keep wood, embers and ash away from food during cooking as well as the gas burner. This Stainless Steel accessory helps to maximize the size of your cooking surface by holding the fire in place and away from the gas burner. Position the wood holder on the right side of the oven.
